Standard models require a minimum order of 200 units. Full custom projects with new tooling start at 500 units. We also accept mixed-SKU batches — contact our sales team to discuss your specific configuration.

• ODM (existing certified platform): 200 units minimum — use our pre-certified cordless vacuum platforms with your branding
• Full OEM (new tooling / custom design): 500 units minimum — includes new mould development, custom mechanical design, and certification testing
• Mixed-SKU batches: Accepted — contact us to discuss split configurations across multiple models
• Trial / market-test orders: Available on select standard platforms; contact us for current availability

Sample cost is 100% credited against your first bulk order (same model), reducing upfront investment for new OEM clients.

All Houseclean vacuum platforms are pre-engineered for CE, RoHS, FCC, KC, and PSE compliance. We provide full third-party test reports, Declarations of Conformity, and market-specific labeling guidance. Additional certifications (GS, CCC, SAA) available upon request.

Samples: 7–14 days after spec confirmation.
Mass production: 30–40 days from purchase order confirmation.

To start a China vacuum OEM order with Houseclean Electric:

1. Send your brief — product type, target market, annual volume estimate, and any existing reference samples or drawings
2. Sign a mutual NDA — we provide a standard template; no technical disclosure before NDA
3. Receive feasibility assessment — our Suzhou engineering team reviews within 48 hours
4. Select a platform — choose from our existing certified ODM platforms (fastest to market) or proceed with new OEM tooling
5. Confirm samples — 7–14 days for ODM, 21–35 days for new tooling
6. Place purchase order — 30% T/T deposit, mass production begins, 30–40 day lead time
